2. Rate Limiting and API Bounds

To preserve resource allocation, we impose strict IP rate limiting boundaries across our proxy servers (standard limit: 30 queries per minute per visitor). If you hit these parameters, your access will be throttled. Attempts to bypass throttling via VPN switches or proxy rotations are prohibited.

3. Disclaimer of Liability

Toolsfinity is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the tools will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all platforms.

We are not liable for any data loss, file damage, or computational errors resulting from the use of our downloaders, compilers, screenshot capturers, or template converters.

4. Intellectual Property

The custom geometric icons, branding wordmark typography, compiled stylesheet code, and website layout configurations are the intellectual property of Toolsfinity. You may not clone, frame, or republish our layout systems without direct permissions.

5. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the server hosting location, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state or location.
